Unduit Wireless is an NPaaS (Networked Platform as a Service) and provides value added services to partners on the network for quality repairs for both B2B and B2C clients.

Job Summary

Serves customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing devices while ensuring customer satisfaction. Previous customer service experience given priority. Previous experience with repair, PC, Mac, soldering, Cell Phone and console a plus

Key Accountabilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair Apple and Samsung devices
  • Provide a complete solution to customers’ needs
  • Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
  • Greet customers with a warm welcome
  • Maintain a positive work environment
  • Answer phone calls with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor
  • Ensure that customers have the best possible experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations

Position Requirements

  • 6months experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics
  • 6months face-to-face customer service experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver license is a must
